From my youngest childhood memories, and into my adult life, there will always be memories and reminders of Sophie. A woman who took my Mom under her wing, and became a lifelong friend of the entire family. Her zest for life, her smile, her laugh, and her GREAT company was always a gift. To this day, I remember her visits, and visiting her. That house on Peck Street will always and forever be known as "Sophie's house". May eternal light shine upon you. And may you rest peacefully tonight, cradled in the arms of our Lord. Please say hello to my Mom. I know that you're both having a roaring good laugh right now as you both reminisce the old days. Until we all meet again.
