I had the pleasure of meeting Brad during our work on the Dragon Boat Races. I will miss his wit, jabs, dedication, fun spirit and ability to show me a new way to view a situation. I am so very sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful person and it was so apparent that he adored his family. I hope you find peace in your memories. Prayers to all of you for comfort during this difficult time. Paddles Up Brad!

I first met Brad about 7 years ago when I joined The Hartford. I had the good fortune of being co-located near his desk even though we did not work in the same department. From there we struck up friendship ever since. Because we were both in the office nearly daily we would chat about sports/politics/work, etc. He was a very unique and articulate person. Very smart and witty. While we didn't always agree on everything, his way was to let others have their opinions. He listened intently. Always. And would have that funny, quick, jab that he would throw in there to keep things light. He was just extremely easy to like and talk too. I am so grateful i had the opportunity to have met him. His presence will be so very sorely missed. My deepest and sincerest condolences go out to his family.

Soo very sad to hear this. I've known Brad since I moved to CT and we rode the bus together from 6th grade (I think) forward and graduated high school. In more recent years, saw at work on occasion when we were both with The Hartford. Such a loss of a truly good person. My deepest and sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

I am so very sorry to read of Brad’s passing. He was our fearless leader during my first Dragon boat race is 2019. Our team won a gold medal under his rhythmic drumming. He was definitely the life of the party at our practices and during our race. He will be missed.

You will always be remembered as a shining light always going out of your way to me smile with a corny joke, silly impression or simply to say hi. You always pushed people to be better and I am truly a better person for having known you. You were a great captain of our dragon boat team, albeit a little off beat at times, like your personality. You will be missed but not forgotten. Arrrrr Captain.
