Obituary of Helen Ibets

OBITUARIES Helen B. (Snyder) Ibets, 90, of New Britain, died Monday Night at home. Born in New Britain and a life long resident, she was the wife for 62 years of the late Ernest Ibets. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Kraucelunas) Snyder. A sales representative for Avon for over 25 years, she was also a member of St. Ann's Church. Mrs. Ibets is survived by her nieces and nephews Dr. Robert and his wife Chris Larson, Carol Kulasenski, Ronald Gombotz, Marion Bernosky, Helen Burkarth, Frances Dorbuck, Elizabeth Melinosky, Richard Gombatz, William Gombotz, Frank Gombotz, John Gombotz, and a sister in law Leona Ibets. She was predeceased by three sisters Ruth Snyder, Wanda Gatting, and May Larson and three brothers Charles Snyder, Martin Snyder and John Snyder. Funeral services will be held Thursday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Ann's Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
