OBITUARIES
Santiago C. Rosa, 74, of New Britain, died Tuesday at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain. Born in Puerto Rico, he came to the U.S. in 1966 has lived in New Britain the last four years. For many years he was employed by the Housing Authority for the City of New York. Among his hobbies, he was a well known pool player, poker player and dominos player.
Mr. Rosa is survived by his wife Maria (Feliciano) Rosa, four daughters Rosa Maria Choque of Virginia, Carmen Maria Sandoval, Ana Hilda Rosa and Brunilda Hewitt all of New Britain, a son Jose Angel Rosa of New York, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren two brothers Juan Rosa and Nicio Rosa and one sister Carmen Maria Rosa all of Puerto Rico, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:00 noon at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
