Mary and I are very sorry to hear of the passing of Raymond. He will be missed. I first met Raymond when Mary worked for the Joyce family at the Moody School, that was over fifty-three years ago. Raymond was always a gentle man, as was his father. Raymond served his God, Family, Country, State,and city with distinction and was very proud of it. Ray always took every task he worked on very seriously. Our condolences go out to his family.

Ray Joyce's service to his community and political party will be fondly remembered by New Britain Democrats. In the Legislature Rep. Joyce acted wisely and in accordance with his conscience.
