I could not have asked for a better grandfather than William Taylor. He will be dearly missed by so many people. I wish I could have been there with the rest of the family for the funeral. I have so many memories with Grandpa from Christmases past, birthdays, graduations, and visits at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Sundays. I will miss his cheerful spirit and easy smile, watching golf with him, his words of wisdom, and his very vocal love of ice cream cake. He is loved by so many and terribly missed, but now he is at peace.

Dear Taylor and Family, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your father and husband. My heart goes out to all of you at this challenging time. I was at Jerome Home in New Britain picking up my father from a rehab stay and opened the paper only to read this sad news. Will try to make it tomorrow morning if I can get someone to take care of my father who is still sick. Thinking of you all. Miss you Taylor! Hugs, Brenda
