Obituary of Diane M. Paskowski

Diane M. (Matthews) Paskowski, 74, of Kensington, died Sunday (September 27, 2015) at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain. Born in Hartford, the daughter of the late Edward T. Matthews, Sr. and Helen (Zekas) Matthews, she lived the last 40 years in Kensington. She was employed in food service for the Compass Group for many years and Food Mart in Berlin and was a parishioner of St. Paul's Church in Kensington. Mrs. Paskowski is survived by her husband Philip W. Paskowski; two daughters, Kelly and her husband Harley Poulin of No. Providence, R.I., and Karen and Adam Boyer of Lebannon, CT; four grandchildren Dallas, Mara, Alexis and Laurelin; a brother Edward T. Matthews, Jr. and his wife Claudette of Newington; several nieces and nephews and her beloved cat Jasmine. She was predeceased by her sister, Patricia Janowicz. Funeral services will be held Thursday 10:00 AM from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Church, Kensington. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain.
