Obituary of Stephen Rudnick

Stephen. J. Rudnick, 62, of Plainville, died Saturday (Aug. 29, 2015) morning at home. Born in New Britain, the son of the late Thomas and Lorraine (Plocher) Rudnick, he was employed for many years by the State of Connecticut in the Deaprment of Corrections and the Health Department. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. Stephen is survived by three sisters, Juanice and her husband Albert Raymond of Burlington, Patricia Smead of Moosup, and Deborah and her husband Carl Jerard of Charlstown, RI; two brothers Randolph Rudnick of Norwich and John and his wife Shelly Rudnick of Bristol and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday (Sep. 1, 2015) 10:00 AM at St. Mary Cemetery (St. Peter section) 1141 Stanley St. New Britain. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
