Anela "Nellie" (Moliusis) Fersko, 98, formerly of New Britain, died Saturday Morning (Feb. 14, 2015). Born in New Britain, she grew up in Lithuania and returned to New Britain in the 1940's. She was the wife of the late Michael Fersko, who died March 23, 2003 and was a member of St. Peter Church.
Mrs. Fersko is survived by her sister Ona Valenta of Rockville, niece Mary Ann Chiappetta of Southington, a grand nephew Daniel Chiappetta of New York, NY, two grandnieces Lauren Watts of TN, and Bethany Chiappetta.
Friends are asked to go directly to her Funeral Mass Thursday 10:00 AM at St. Peter Church 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter Church.
