Mildred (Heine) Farrell Fitch, 88, of Wallingford, died Tuesday (Dec. 30, 2014) at the Masonic Health Care in Wallingford. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth Fitch. Born in New Britain, she lived many years in Newington and most recently in Wallingford. She was an avid golfer, playing mostly at the Shuttle Meadow Country Club. She was predeceased by her first husband of 44 years, Edward H. "Figgie" Farrell.
Millie is survived by her loving son Patrick Farrell of Berlin, two sisters Ellie Colacray, Peg Saunders and a brother Alfred Heine. She was predeceased by five sisters Anna Begush, Frieda Deutsch, Helen Neville, Evelyn Moonan, Elsie Murphy, and two bothers Frank Halb and Robert Heine.
Funeral services will be private with burial in West Meadow Cemetery, Newington.
