Obituary of Phyllis Gregory

Phyllis S. (Satalino) Gregory, 98, of Newington, died Tuesday night at an area convalescent home. Born in New Britain, a daughter of the late George and Casimina (Dragone) Satalino, she lived in Newington since 1948. A fifty year employee of The Southern New England Telephone Company, she retired Feb. 5, 1974. She was a Life Member of the Telephone Pioneers and a parishioner of Holy Spirit Church. Mrs. Gregory is survived by her daughter Gail Gregory of Newington, her sister Priscilla Naples of New Britain and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers Frank, Daniel and Peter Satalino and her sister Mary Golon. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at The Church of The Holy Spirit, Newington. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church of the Holy Spirit, 183 Church St. Newington, CT 06111. The Farrell Funeral Home New Britain, is in charge of arrangements.
