Obituary of Judith A. Richard

OBITUARIES Judith A. "Judi" Richard, 63, of New Britain, died Wednesday night at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. Born in New Britain, she lived in Wallingford for many years, Arizona for nine years and returned to New Britain in 2001. While in Wallingford, she worked at the Neptune Diner, was a member of the Wallingford Junior Women's Club and also belonged to the Connecticut Federation of Women. Judi is survived by her daughter Heather Richard of New Britain, her mother Marjorie (Achenbach) Slaker of New Britain, two uncles Adolf Achenbach of New Britain, and Karl Brownstein of Kensington and several cousins including Sheree Lorch of New Britain. She was predeceased by two uncles Anthony Brownstein and Raymond Brownstein and her grandmother Nellie Brownstein. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 5:00 P.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Burial will be private.
