OBITUARIES
Howard M. Miller, 87, of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of New Britain, died Monday in Melbourne. Born in New Britain, he was employed for many years at the Kaman Corp. and later worked at Emhart Corp. In 2004, Howard moved to Melbourne. While in New Britain, he was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church and he is a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran.
He was the husband of the late Marion (O�Hara) Miller, who died Aug. 6, 1994.
Howard is survived by two daughters, Laura M. Miller and her fianc� Zeljan Perovich, Lisa and her husband Chris Chabot, a granddaughter Olivia Miller-Caron, a brother and sister-in-law Raymond and Barbara Miller, a sister and brother-in-law Joyce and Tony Cortese, and a sister-in-law Dorothy Miller. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Miller.
Funeral services will be held Friday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Stanley St. New Britain. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq.
