Obituary of Leon E. McDuffee

OBITUARIES Leon E. McDuffee, Jr, 68, of New Britain, died Friday at New Britain General Hospital. Born in New Britain and a life long resident, he had worked at Emhart Corp. for many years. After retirement, he then worked twelve years at the Westfarms Mall and six years at the Big Y in Plainville. Leon is survived by his companion of twenty five years, Simone Fongemie of New Britain and her family Mark and his wife Linda Fongemie, Haley Fongemie and Lea and Adib Paone. Leon is predeceased by his parents Leon and Helen (Meisner) McDuffee. A memorial service will be held Tuesday 11:00 A.M. at the Emmanuel Baptist Church 296 New Britain Ave. Newington, CT 06111. Burial will be private, there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Emmanuel Baptist Church. The Farrell Funeral Home Franklin Sq.
