Obituary of John J. Vilardi

OBITUARIES John V. Vilardi, 91, of Berlin, died Thursday at the John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington. Born in Old Forge, PA, he lived most of his life in Berlin and New Britain and was the husband of the late Virginia (Cormier) Vilardi. He had been employed for many years at New Britain Machine, retiring in 1982. John is survived by his son William C. and his wife Mary Vilardi of New Britain, three grandchildren Jane and her husband Michael Capobianco of Middlebury, John J. Vilardi of Newington, and William J. and his wife Gail Vilardi of Rainier Oregan; two sisters Hilda Bailey of Windsor Locks, Loretta Doyle of Warren, New Jersey, several nieces, nephews and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. at St. Paul�s Church Kensington. Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery, Berlin. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
