Obituary of Edward J. Stokarski

OBITUARIES Edward J. Stokarski, 84, of New Britain, died Friday night at New Britain General Hospital. Born in New Britain, where he lived most of his life, he was a self employed engraver working for many retail outlets in the area. He was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. Edward is survived by a son Edward J. Stokarski, Jr and his wife Patty of Pennsylvania, three sisters Leona Ciandella of So. Carolina and Mary and Dorothea, both of Connecticut; a grandson Daniel Stokarski; several close friends in the Newington Ski Club whom he considered his family; two nieces Sandra Doucette, Dawn Olsen and a nephew Jerry Ciandella. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial with full Military Honors will be in the State Veteran�s Cemetery, Middletown.
