Obituary of Robert Burbank

Robert H. "Bob" Burbank, Jr, 75, of New Britain, died Saturday (April 19, 2014) at home. Born in Springfield, VT, he has been a New Britain resident since May 2002. He was a machinist with various companies for several years, he enjoyed bowling with the Plantsville Seniors two days a week and he served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959. Bob is survived by his wife Rosemarie (Frank) Burbank; their children Lisa Burbank of N. Springfield, VT; Leroy Burbank of Canaan, NH; Sandra Burbank of S. Londonderry , VT; Cassandra Dodge of Maryville TN; Ralph Schofield of Clairemont, NH; his mother Bernice Jenks, two sisters Barbara Balla and Patricia Wilson all of Ocala, FL; 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held Thursday 2:00 P.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will be private.
