Lillian M. (Allard) Dougherty, 85, of Southington, died Sunday morning (Mar. 2, 2014) at home. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Isadore and Florida (Lupien) Allard, she moved to Southington in 1963. She was the wife of Daniel Dougherty.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Dougherty is survived by three sons Daniel Dougherty of Bristol, Norman and his wife Maureen Dougherty of Southington and Bryon and his wife Kathleen Dougherty of Terryville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother Roger Allard of New Britain; a sister Shirley Frascona of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:00 A.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association 5 Brookside Dr, Wallingford, CT 06492.
