I worked with Nellie at JC Penney and became friends almost instantly. She was an awesome lady and very hard worker. After she retired she would come in to see me and get her hair done in the salon there. We always had a few laughs. I will always have great memories of Nellie. My condolences to the family.

I was so sorry to hear that Nellie had died. She was a wonderful neighbor for all the years that we lived next door to each other. When I was little she used to say that we were 'almost' birthday twins since our birthdays were just a day apart :) Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of this kind lady.
