There are certain people you come across in life who touched you in such a good way and helped teach you. Mr. Rogan was one of these special people. Teachers never get enough credit for dealing with all these kids...me being one. Gave him a lot of grief but he always managed to help me through. RIP Mr. Joseph Rogan. I'll never forget you.

I had Mr. Rogan for a class in Roosevelt Jr High in the early 60s. He was one of those special teachers that could relate to all kids. I’m sure he left a positive impression on many lives.
