Hi Garro Family,
I am so sorry, I didn't learn until today. Your father was a great guy. He lit up every room that he walked into. Always a spunky dresser and the life of the party!
He will be missed by all!

Dear Garro family,
I remember Mr. Garro as one of the "cool" dads when I was in St. Paul's school with Tony. Mr. Garro not only tolerated our band practices in the living room, he seemed to enjoy it!
My sincere condolences to the family,
-Sean Forde

My deepest condolences. I will never forget golfing with Tony, our visits over a glass of wine or going to dinner together. He always had a way of putting a smile on everyone's face that he came in contact with. Truly a special person and he will be missed my many.

In your time of deep sorrow, I hope you can remember Tony's wonderful, infectious humor; something I was able to experience first-hand albeit only on the one occasion I met him.
It was clear he lit up a room just being in it. His presence and energy permeated others with his off-beat, sardonic sense-of-humor that was immediately addicting.
I am fortunate to say I met the Man. He was your father and you were so lucky to spend your whole lives with him.
R.I.P Tony

Condolences to Judy and the entire family from the Firestone (including Elliot, Mike, Pam and Sheila) and Rydecki (Lisa, Craig, Amy and Jess) families. I remember my mother telling us about Tony Jr. and her job at Hi-Production. I know she enjoyed working with him. Sad to see that he passed away. My family will always remember him fondly.

My deepest sympathies to the family. I only met Tony 6 years ago and that was not enough time. He cared deeply for Farrell Treatment Center (20 plus years on our board!) and the clients we help. Every time we spoke, we would laugh and every phone call ended with Tony asking about the clients. Often, he would stop by with clothing, shoes, books, videos and anything else that would make their treatment be more rewarding.
Thank you for the many years of service. You will be missed.

The entire Jacobson family sends its condolences over the loss your beloved father and husband, Mr. Garro. We all loved and adored the Garro family when we were growing up. Mr. Garro had a way of making you feel like you were the only person in the room. Although I was not the same age as his kids I have vivid memories of being at the Garro house for one reason or another (because our parents were friends) and I can remember Mr. Garro entertaining all of us whenever we visited. He was warm, funny, fun, sweet and an amazing Dad and husband. My heart aches for all of you during this time. I know he will be missed. Sending all of the Garros a warm embrace and much love. Godspeed, Mr. Garro. You were loved the whole world over. xxoo -Abbe Jacobson
