Doris R. Petow died Sunday October 7, 2012. She was born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Herman and Clara (Kane) Petow. She lived in Berlin for ten years, Cromwell for five years and recently resided in Newington. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Lucille Petow of Newington and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Evelyn Lindquist and her brother Raymond Petow. Prior to her retirement, Doris was employed at Cigna in Bloomfield.
Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church Newington Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
