Obituary of Clifford Dee

Clifford Dee, 91, of New Britain, died Thursday at an area convalescent home. Born in Bridgeport, the son of the late Daniel J. and Loretta (Gunning) Dee, he lived most of his life in New Britain. He was employed in the restaurant business for many years, enjoyed golf at the Stanley Golf Course and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Cliff leaves behind his special little friends Mikala Van Der Tuin and Alan Michael Van Der Tuin and several cousins. He was predeceased by two brothers Francis Dee and Daniel and his wife, Irene Dee. Funeral services will be held Saturday 8:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Square New Britain, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Church New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church 1755 Stanley St. New Britain, Ct 06053.
