On several occasions, Uncle Teddy would get up very early in the morning and drive down from Bristol to be at our house before the sun came up to do some fishing. He never forgot the lunch: a variety of well-made sandwiches with pickles on the side (sometimes, homemade). Greg and I would be in charge of getting the boat ready and despite our best efforts, we'd usually forget something: oars, tackle, battery, or bait. I guess we could blame it on getting up so early, but it was likely because we were so excited to do some fishing with our dad and uncle we just lost track of things. We ended up creating lists, but our efforts were still short of 100%. Anyway, we had some of the best times!! We caught some fish and that made it nice, but what made it best was hanging out for the day with two great guys!!! Thanks for the memories Uncle Ted!!! We love you very much!!!!
