Lucille M. Ouellette, 95, of New Britain, died Tuesday at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. Born in Cyr Plantation, ME, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (LeVasseur) Ouellette. She lived most of her life in New Britain and was the oldest of 14 children. She was employed at Fafnir Bearing for many years, as well as being an AuPair because of her love for children. She was a member of St. Peter Church, loved to travel, was an avid reader, and donated to many catholic charities because of her devotion. During the last two decades of her parent's lives, Lucille dedicated herself to taking care of them. Lucille is survived by her brothers Joseph Ouellette of Trenton, ME, Wilfred Ouellette of New Britain, Lawrence Ouellette and Philip Ouellette, both of Wallingford, her sisters Jeannette D'Amico of New Britain and Yvette Karpey of Plantsville, her nieces and nephews Richard D'Amico and Daniel D'Amico, both of New Britain, Maryann (D'Amico) Welcome of Winsted, Thomas D'Amico of Burke, VA, David D'Amico of Barkhamstead; a grandniece Michele Pelligato of Canton; as well as several other nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Funeral services will be held Friday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Peter Church 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq.
