Obituary of Norma Lizon Evans

Norma M. (Vitali) Lizon Evans, 83, of Plainville, died Thursday night at an area convalescent home. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Ciro and Santa (Veronesi) Vitali, she lived many years in New Britain and the last twenty five years in Plainville. She was the widow of Stanley R. Lizon, Sr. Norma is survived by three children Deb Lizon of Plainville, Susan Mavis of New Britain and Stanley and his wife Cathy Lizon of Kensington; four grandchildren Nicole and her husband Bobby Voisine, Michael Jachimowski, Shannon Mavis and Kevin Mavis; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 10:30 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church . Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery New Britain. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to St. Joseph's Church 195 So.
