I served on the CSP from 1970 to 1992. My first assignment was Troop-k and Warren was one of the veterans. He was warm, gracious and welcoming. I have many fond memories with Warren on the job and socially. He was a great Trooper and most important a "Stand-Up Guy". One of the good guys. My heart felt condolences. Sincerely Jack Luty

I had the pleasure of working with Warren until he retired. As a member of the newly formed Haz-Mat unit and partially green as grass at the Bureau, Warren was always helpful, pointing out errors, that I was about to make. He saved my butt on several occasions. I appreciated the help he gave me and made my life much easier. He was fun to work with. I will miss him Sincerely Tommy Ray
