I met Mary through the marriage of my daughter, Loretta, to her nephew George. She was a warm, friendly and considerate. I enjoyed visiting for their Sfiridis family's Sunday dinners which was usually held at her sister Bessie's home. I will always remember the lamb dinners -- they were a special favorite. In 2005, I moved to suburban Houston Texas to live with my other daughter. Mary sent me numerous cards with a little note filling me in on life back in Connecticut. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. I'll miss her and wish to send my condolences to her family.
